There is a setting on iPhone that allows you to set a do not disturb/auto message for texts that says you are away from your phone now and someone can call with an emergency. Good for boundary setting

I am a long-distance runner and have always viewed exercise/running as a task that cannot be skipped. Just like my job, I cannot just not work if I don't want to, I run even when I don't want to and am always glad after the fact. So there is no "I need motivation to run" just "I need to run"
